The Robert W. Metcalf, MD Memorial Meeting is an annual seminar which provides focus on the development and dissemination of knowledge in the discipline of arthroscopic and reconstructive shoulder, knee, hip, foot and ankle surgery.

The Arthroscopy Association of North America, or AANA, participates every two years in the Metcalf Seminar〔Arthroscopy: The Journal of Arthroscopic and Related Surgery.〕
The annual (Robert W. Metcalf, MD Memorial Meeting ) provides 26 hours of continuing medical education for arthroscopic practitioners which providers can use towards their CME.
